Information regarding returns, refunds, exchanges and statutory consumer rights.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under our standard returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
EEA Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Please provide your name and order reference when submitting your request.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt without undue delay.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
We will reimburse eligible payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been supplied.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where permitted by applicable law, including:
- Products manufactured to a customer's specifications.
- Bespoke turbochargers and custom turbo builds.
- CNC-machined components produced specifically to customer requirements.
- Goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Completed services where performance has begun with customer consent.
Partial Refunds
Certain situations may result in only a partial refund being granted:
- Items not returned in their original condition.
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Services once completed.
- Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Bespoke items or special orders, including CNC-machined turbos and custom turbo builds.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items may only be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Statutory rights relating to withdrawal and faulty goods remain unaffected.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Consumer Rights Regarding Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
Consumers in the United Kingdom, European Union and European Economic Area may have legal rights if goods are faulty, defective, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
If you believe a product is faulty or non-conforming, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
If you are returning an item valued at more than £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
