TURBO REPAIRS
AET Turbos is the sole, Authorised Repair Centre for Xona Rotor, outside the USA.
AET staff are fully trained by Xona Rotor technicians and use the same VSR balancing equipment, to guarantee OE quality Remanufactured turbochargers.
AET can offer a 100% repair service, with entirely Genuine component parts carried in stock.
As well as offering a repair service, AET can also upgrade your Xona turbo at the same time. (i.e if your compressor wheel is suffering damage, why not upgrade to the latest HTC specification... If your turbine wheel has been damaged, you could upgrade to the XR-UHF turbine wheel.)
AET can also carry out other alterations, like the fitment of speed sensors and alterations to turbine housing V-Band flanges, to fit other turbo branded manifolds.
IDENTIFYING WHY YOUR TURBO FAILED
As soon as your turbo arrives with us at AET, our team will strip it and run a full diagnostics analysis. This enables us to discover why it failed. We will then contact you by phone to share the prognosis with you, recommending a solution to prevent further failures, and giving you a fixed quotation to repair the turbo. It is vital that we identify why the turbo failed, to avoid fitting a new one, only to encounter the same issue.

We will arrange the collection of your faulty turbo.
On receipt of your turbo, we strip it down and run a full diagnostic. (as above)
We will then call you, explain why it has failed and provide you with a quotation for repair.
If you are happy with the quotation, we will proceed with repairing your turbo. All repair work is carried out with the utmost professionalism by our team of experienced engineers and technicians. We were the first UK turbo company to earn ISO 9001 accreditation, in 1990. This standard is your guarantee of a dedication to quality, the same as you would receive from the original manufacturer. In fact, we often exceed the original manufacturer's tolerances.
Your turbo is then returned to you. Alternatively, you can collect from our workshop in Normanton, Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Repairs are usually undertaken within 48 hours, once we receive the customers' approval, however we also offer a 24 hour service at an extra charge.
